My Payslips
View and download your payslips, and understand every line on them.
Viewing & downloading
Open My Payslips from the menu. Every payslip your company has published is listed with its pay period, pay date, gross, and net.
- View — opens the actual payslip document in a pop-up, no download needed.
- Download — saves the PDF to your device.
When a new payslip is published you also get an email with the PDF attached and a text message with your net pay.
Reading your payslip
- Earnings (left side) — your basic salary plus additions: allowances, overtime pay, night differential, holiday pay, rest-day pay, bonuses, and reimbursements. Each line shows how it was computed (e.g. "4h × ₱284.09/h").
- Deductions (right side) — SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, and (if your company enables them) tardiness or absence deductions.
- NET PAY — the highlighted amount at the bottom: earnings minus deductions. This is what you receive.
Common questions
- Why is a payslip missing? Payslips appear only after your company publishes the payroll run. Ask HR if the pay date has passed.
- Why is my overtime not here? Only approved overtime requests inside the pay period are paid. Check the request's status under Applications.
- A number looks wrong? Contact your HR admin — they can check the run and correct it on the next one.
